LARABAR: Time To Refocus & Recenter

With summer winding down, it’s time to refocus and recenter. I promised myself I was going to do yoga everyday at 7am for 30 days. I made this commitment not only for exercise but to reconnect with myself in a deeper way. As many girls are keeping it bikini body healthy in the summer, I tend to eat a bit more and enjoy too much ice cream. What can I say, I have a sweet tooth. That is why it’s time to refocus on my health, fitness and career goals.  As work starts to pick up, I need food that will energize my body not tire it out. It is vital that I keep up my yoga practice, work endeavors and overall happiness. What we put in our mouths has a huge affect on our emotional, mental and physical state. That is why I choose LARABAR. For my birthday, I went to Arrowhead Lake with some friends. We had a day of hiking, swimming and yoga.  At Whole Foods, I bought a bunch of LARABAR’s for our adventure day. I am now obsessed with these bars. The Chocolate Cookie Dough flavor was one of my favorites. LARABAR satisfied my sweet tooth with out making me feel heavy after. Instead, I felt satisfied and energized. I now have a LARABAR before every class.
