How I Stay Energized During The Holidays
Yay! It’s fall and it is finally cooling down in L.A. The cool weather makes me want to get up every morning and run to my hot yoga class, but it also makes me want to eat lots of sweets. And with the holidays around the corner, the sweet tooth monster has lots of excuses for why it can run amok. Here’s the thing: A small treat a day is OK, but overindulging in sugary, unhealthy foods doesn’t make me feel good. It lowers my mood, energy, and over all self-confidence. With my life as busy as it is, I can’t allow myself to feel lethargic and low-energy. They say you need to give up something to get something, which can be a harsh reality. That is why I am over the moon happy about LARABARs. I don’t feel like I am giving up anything. I satisfy my sweet tooth and still feel light, healthy, and energized.
LARABARs fit in perfectly with my diet and help me keep a regular workout routine. Here is a peek into my daily diet and fitness routine:
Morning:

- Yoga class
Lunch:
- Chicken salad with a piece of Ezekiel bread
- Piece of dark chocolate (85% cacao)
Dinner:
- Lentil soup with a piece of Ezekiel bread
