What’s In My Bag?

Being a millennial entrepreneur, I have a crazy schedule. I’m a
fashion designer, life coach, vlogger and tv host. Keeping a balanced healthy lifestyle when you are trying to build yourself and a brand can feel like too much too handle. After all, we only have a certain amount of energy and 24 hours in a day. That’s why you have to figure out what works and stay committed. Our mental and physical health is everything. If we don’t take care of that, all else will start to crumble.

So what’s my secret weapon for staying physically and mentally
healthy? Well, it’s in my after-work bag. My yoga mat and
LARABAR snack. LARABAR is my go-to recovery snack after my yoga workout. It gives me the energy I need and keeps me feeling healthy and lean. Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self. This hour of power helps create balance in my life.
