🌟 If you’ve been feeling the holiday blues, you’re definitely not alone. Last week, I found myself in a bit of a funk—feeling lonely and sad. But thanks to all the inner work I’ve done, I was able to snap out of it pretty quickly. ✨

I realized I have so many blessings in my life, and even though I was bummed about being in LA for the holidays, I decided to shift my perspective. Instead of dwelling on what I was missing, I got excited about being home!

I made plans with a friend, and we had an absolute blast! If you’re feeling those holiday blues too, I highly recommend getting out and doing something festive—whether it’s checking out some neighborhood Christmas lights, visiting a holiday-themed bar, or simply taking a walk to soak in a beautiful sunset. 🌅

This time of year can bring a lot of pressure to be in a relationship, surrounded by family, or attending numerous parties. For those who have these experiences, it can feel overwhelming, while for others, it might feel quite lonely. So here’s my suggestion: take a step back and chill out! Remember, it’s just another day. Instead of getting down, focus on the beautiful, simple things in life that bring you joy.

My mother and I chose to celebrate Thanksgiving night by taking a walk through the stunning botanical gardens in Palos Verdes, transformed into the enchanting @astraluminaexperience.

The breathtaking light show made it feel as though we were walking among the stars, immersing us in a visual experience that transported us to another world. 💫

After such a serene evening, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm and peace—I even asked my mom if she could drive us home because I was too blissed out to take the wheel!

I highly recommend visiting Astra Lumina for anyone looking to connect with nature and experience a little wonder. It was a night to remember!

Last year in Positano, I found myself immersed in the enchanting beauty of the Amalfi Coast. There’s something truly magical about visiting this place when the crowds have thinned, and the sun shines brightly on warm days.

What made this day even more special was a vivid dream I had that morning. I saw my father’s face, smiling and at peace, clearer than ever before. It was such a surreal moment—I could see every detail of his smile, even more vividly than I could when he was with us. I woke up in tears, feeling a profound sense of comfort and connection, as if he were right there with me.

That month on the Amalfi Coast was transformative. I poured my heart and soul into revising my book, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and incredible people who filled my days with love and laughter. I felt a deep connection to my dad during this time, as if he was guiding me, reminding me that life is beautiful and full of possibilities.
