“There is no way out but through”
Everyone of us will experience pain and suffering in our life. And most of the time it will be self-inflicted. It is through pain and adversity that we grow more grounded and humble. We become more soulful and wise. Here are some tools on how I dealt with a painful experience.

The best way to deal with social drama that you’ve create is just to say
“I’m sorry” to them by text, something private, not like a status or
something. Don’t explain or don’t make a huge paragraph, just apologise,
let them brew/stir for a few days as they figure out what to do/say and
then when a couple of days pass, you can talk about it properly.

I love the power of prayer. I always believe that no matter where your at
in your life, things do get better.

I hope you and your friend will be okay, but the fact that you can admit
you were wrong and shed light on the situation shows your a good person and
you truly care for your friend. The first step to deal with pain always
starts from recognizing internally what has happened, how to cope or handle
and finally live with your decision. I don’t know you but you don’t seem
like the type of person people hold grudges against- just saying

Thank you for sharing your feelings with us. There must be something in the
air this week. I’ve been crying on and off since Monday. I hope you have a
    fabulous weekend! xxoo

“The way out is the way through.” That’s a good quote. It’s better to
embrace that, then “This too shall pass.” It’s not the subsiding of pain
that you should seek, but the *cause of pain*. You want to eliminate the
cause, not the effect. 😉 Otherwise you just find new ways to hurt
yourself, and others you care about.

Also, feeling bad about how you behaved with someone you care about, is a
good thing. I’m reminded of this great scene from Joss Whedon’s series,
“Angel”. Where Gunn is in the hospital, after Wesley stabbed him after
learning of Gunn’s involvement in Fred’s death.

Angel: *I know you feel bad about your part in what happened to Fred. And
you should. For the rest of your life, it should wake you up in the middle
of the night. And it will. Because you’re a good man.* You signed a piece
    of paper – that’s all.

Gunn: But I knew. Not about Fred, but when I signed, I knew there would be
    consequences.

Angel: The thing about atonement is, you never run out of chances … but
you gotta take ’em. You can’t hide in some hospital room and pretend it’s
all gonna go away … ’cause it never will.

That is a tough thing to deal with when you and someone you care about have
an argument and there’s separation for awhile. Things typically happen for
a reason even if its just to show aspects of ourselves that need reflection
and work. Sounds like you and your friend are very close and I think things
will smooth over in time and with love and patience. Thanks for sharing
something so personal and painful. Take care

its always hardest when its someone that is a permanent part of your life
or always on your mind. Probably the biggest one is ourselves ha. I think
this video could tie in with social anxiety too.

Suffering is a part of being human. It is very important to develop
emotional resilience from our youth, becouse life is often tough and logic
can’t solve everything…I highly recommend watching Lenon Honor and his
insightful work about positive male-female relationships, becouse I think
this is the most powerful drive for real fulfilment in human life.
    Great job confusedgirl 🙂

Gio what is that board behind you? I would love to see it in it’s
entirety…..it would make an awesome screen saver. I pray that you and
your friend have healed your relationship.

over and over in the bible it says “And it came to pass…”…..and I
combine those two phrases…..It came to pass, it didn’t come to stay.
There is great comfort in this. Love you punkin!
