Funny that you used math as your example. I’ve always felt stupid because
of my trouble with math as a kid. This was a great video thank u. Congrats

I love Dr. Wayne Dyer how he was asked by a woman at the end of a talk the
following Question – Dr Dyer What do you think are the limits to my
achieving all the success and happiness I would like in my life? his
response, instantaneous: ‘Your belief that there must be limits.’

6:26 It’s like Tracy McMillan (writer, “Mad Men”) said, “You commit to
yourself, fully. And then you build a relationship with yourself, to the
point that you realize that you’re whole, right now. That there’s no man,
woman, job, circumstance, that can happen to you that will make you more
    whole. Because you already are.

You marry yourself, for richer or poorer, for better or for worse, in
sickness or in health (e.g. emotional/psychological).”

When I was younger i dressed up a little one day and I got a bunch of
compliments and my family made such a big deal about it I thought I had to
dress fancy and wear tons of pink and if I didn’t get a compliment I felt
really bad and I relized I didn’t need compliments to show me that I’m
worth anything I don’t need someone to tell me who I am so now I dress how
ever I want but now when I get a compliment (witch is rare ) I get this
weird anxiety and start shaking im don’t really understand it I try to stop
it but it just happens and I don’t know why I do it what do u think I
    should do?
